Where do I start, from the minute you view their website and notice all the obvious spelling, language, strangely worded marketing phrases and grammar errors, you know what to expect!

Due to their prices, like everyone else, I gave them a go as I knew if anything went wrong my credit card would cover it - oh hang on, if you want to pay by credit card you get taken to a very strange foreign site asking for things I did not feel comfortable with so chose to pay with PayPal.

The next day, I get an email stating my order was cancelled as I hadn't paid (even though PayPal funds cleared immediately), this was rectified a day later and parcel sent.

It arrived on time but I received numerous damaged goods & out of date cat food so they kindly offered me a credit to use next time.

So I had to use them again due to the credit - BAD MOVE!

More out of date food arrived - the same items as before so did not remove them after I reported to it so some poor cats are getting fed food 1 year out of date if the owners don't spot it. I told them that I didn't want another credit as I don't want to order again so asked for a refund - I'll be lucky!

I have realised one (yes one) man runs their whole customer service department for about 5 hours each day and goes home at 2pm! He ignores emails and calls when it doesn't suit him and also facebook messages.

I am under the belief they are ok on first orders to get you back and then that's it but the service is appalling and you are just ignored!

Also, they have a great range of items but most things are out of stock whenever you want them which is obviously no good to anyone.

Stick with Zooplus, a little dearer but the customer service is worth that.

Zoofast might be a few pence cheaper than competitors but there customer service and delivery courier ate the pits. They do not read your delivery and claim to try to deliver 3 times. I know I was in on at least 2 occasions when they said they tried to deliver. 10 days ago I placed an order and paid through PayPal. 4 days later they emailed me to say payment didn't go through. Why it took 4 days to inform me ill never know. I paid again the same day and a week later I'm still waiting for my order. I have used them 4 times now but every time there is a issue. After this order eventually arrives zoofast are getting the chop.

This is my second purchase from Zoofast.co.uk. My first purchase was a doggy basket for my bicycle which I purchased around Jun/Jul this year. Until now, I have been unable to leave a review for my first purchase. It's not like eBay where you can leave your feedback after you have received your goods. The exact same basket was priced on Amazon £55 more than on this site, I couldn't believe it. So I decided to take a chance, even though I was wary. There was no need to be at all, my doggy basket arrived within 7 days approx and I was so delighted I bagged a BARGAIN.

Now onto my second purchase of Royal Canin Shih Tzu dog food. This is generally way overpriced especially in the shops and a lot of the websites. You really must shop around. I did, and this site Zoofast.co.uk is the best priced anywhere. I purchased two 7.5kg bags for £51 (price incl p&p), this is a massive saving of at least £22, depending where you buy it. In fact I'd go as far to say they have priced everyone else who sells this out of the market. They are a fantastic company to deal with, so far, I have no complaints just praise. I'd just like to say a big Thank You to Zoofast and Well Done I'm a very happy customer and will be a loyal one if you keep up the good business.

The registration with zoo fast could be improved just to make people feel more confident and reassured about using the site

For those who are reading this review, if you want to leave reviews for zoofast you have to register with reviewcentre.com. I didn't know this because there was no simple way to know how to leave a review.

EXCELLENT PRICE AND SERVICE WE ORDERED TWO 15KG BAGSC AND THEY ARRIVED WITHIN 4 WORKING DAYS, NO PROMBLEMS AT ALL , WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND.

I used this site for the first time just before Easter and my order arrived safely by Royal Mail this morning. I was apprehensive about ordering from Poland but would happily use them again. Staff were helpful with queries and the price was great.

I have ordered twice from this company and I am just about to order again when i finish this review.

To start with I just ordered one bag of Pedigree dog food to see if it was actually the genuine article with it being such good value.

It did take around a week to come but was what I had wanted.

I now order two bags together(15kg each)which costs £28 total and no postage to pay.

I cant get cheaper anywhere.

It does take a good week to arrive so I make sure I re-order while the last bag is half gone.

The bags are well wrapped in a clingfilm type product and has arrived intact.

Well done Zoofast.

Postage on orders over £25 is free. I get dry food for my dog (6.8kg) £12-£15 cheaper than in any UK pet shop.

Delivery within 5-6 days as they sending from Poland.

That is a company that sells the dog food I use with the lowest price I could find. The price is brilliant. The service is prompt. Will now be using this company.
