I've ordered from this company a couple of times now. This time the pricing of the items was clearer, and was the most competitive I could find anywhere (this was for Juwel filter media). The website is a bit cumbersome, and this time when I tried to complete the order via Paypal it took my money but came up with an error message regarding the order!(hence 4 stars). However, I phoned the next morning, was quickly answered, and re-assured to be told my order had registered. Lo and behold it arrived today (Wednesday) having only been ordered on Monday evening. Overall I'm very happy!

I placed an order for some aquarium lighting here and was totally amazed how bad this company was, When i placed the order the website never said the item was out of stock (which eventually i found out it wasnt) I even paid extra for faster delivery ie: 2 to 3 working days but it never arrived, After a week i contacted them and they said the item will be in stock within a couple of days so you should get them at the end of the week, so i waited another week and it still didnt arrive so again i contacted them and they said it will be in stock in about 3 weeks,"OMG"

There was a total lack of regard for there customers no communication, if they had of contacted me to let me know of a delay in my order well that would of been something.

In the end i just asked for my money back because i got worried maybe this company was going under with my money.

The customer service was brilliant and the delivery was brilliant too very pleased.
