Do not buy Mini Mansion hutch way too small even for a small rabbit no way worth money spent. Pics on web very misleading. Use a tape measure!!! Returns policy makes refunds very difficult. If you kept a rabbit in this in my opinion it would boarder on cruelty. Complete rip off.

Cheated me out of my money, was deliberately mislead as the website told me I was ordering 1kg bags of hamster food but turned out to be 700g each in size (I order 7 bags), when e-mailing the company for some more food or refund to make up for the mistake they just said that 1kg bags haven't been produced for years and after that they just ignored my messages and I was left cheated out of my money. Can't believe how poor a company can be.

Once a month (over the last 2 years) I tend to place an order with UK Pet Supplies and so far I've been really impressed by them.

Firstly the website caters for a fairly wide range of pets and the selection tends to be pretty large. Of course, this is something can always be improved on in any store, but I always manage to find everything I need plus a few extra treats.

The website is easy to use and well laid out. You can shop by selecting the pet you have and then a list of sub categories will appear. Occasionally I have found products that aren't really suitable for the category they are in, for example, plastic toys under the chinchillas section (very bad for chins) but this is a lot less common than on most websites. I've also found it's worth looking at some of the other animal categories as you might find something your pet would like there.

Delivery is always on time, sometimes even quicker than you may expect and all the items I have received have been in good condition. I think maybe once or twice an item has been out of stock and they will either give you a refund or send it separately later.

I did once have a problem with this company when my delivery hadn't arrived. I emailed them and had a reply within the hour from a very helpful member of the customer service team. It had turned out that the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address, but as it was only a couple of doors down, so I managed to locate it. The man I spoke to though was very helpful, and, to my amazement, even apologised - something you never get from a company these days!

I would highly recommend UK Pet Supplies and will continue to use them myself.

I ordered a numer of goods from this site and they were despatched the same day. I had a slight issue with the colour of one of the goods and their customer service could not have been higher. They resolved my query on the same day within hours of my sending the e-mail. I would highly recommend this website to anyone.

We bought an electronic pet feeder from this company last March. It arrived promptly and worked fine until a few weeks ago when it stopped operating - just a faulty product, I guess. When I emailed UKPetSupplies they contacted the manufacturer, found the product was discontinued and refunded my credit card straight away - 48 hours after I'd first alerted them to the problem. We were actually dead impressed by this - particularly from an online company. I wouldn't have any problem using them again or recommending them to other shoppers.

I've ordered from this site on a couple of occasions now and found it was very easy to use with a great selection of products. I emailed the company with a question about a product which I had received which was not the item I wanted due to a slight error on their website, and my email was replied to very quickly and the correct item was sent to me within a couple of days. The cost of returning the incorrect item to Ukpetsupplies was also refunded to my credit card immediately. I'll definitely be using this website again as their prices are competitive and the P&P is a lot cheaper than several other sites I've visited. I have already recommended this site to family and friends.
