I have bought food for my koi and tank fish four times now and have been very pleased with the way I was treated, if you need fish food you could do much worse than using Ark.

I BOUGHT A 3 FOOT FISH TANK FROM ARKSPETS WITH ALL THE ACCESSORIES TO SET UP TROPICAL FISH TANK,WHEN I SET IT UP THE FLAPS TO THE LIGHTING SYSTEM WHERE MISSING,AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THEM,THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE THE BEGINNING OF JANUARY 2011.I WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS FIRM AGAIN .THE TANK WAS NOT PACKED VERY WELL AND DELIVERED BY ONE MAN WITH A GRUMPY ATTITUDE FURTHER INFO WILL FOLLOW AS SOON AS I GET A RESULT.SANDRA

Bought a external filter on Wednesday evening, site says next day delivery. When called on Thursday to see what the status is I was told that they haven't got one (shows in stock) and the driver is not back from one of their shops so it will miss the deadline for courier. So far no one has replied to any emails and when called again the staff were very unhelpful. Will NOT be buying from them again.

From what ive seen all they seem to be after is money money money and not care for customers its one of those usual chain store with the same attitudes.
