Guinea Pig Cage
I bought a piggy cage from this website & it was damaged on arrival they said they would send me another & 2 send damaged one back wi the courior they never appeared & no reply to emails, so left wi a cage that is broken beyond repair....BEWARE....they have an ebay shop now.
Anyone who decided to buy from Tacklepets after seeing the many negative reviews on them has no-one to blame but themselves. It is very clear that these people are crooks who behave shamefully, yet many people STILL chose to part with their hard earned money and hand it over to them.
More fool you, you have no-one to blame but yourselves, you thought you would be exempt from their poor behaviour, but you were mistaken. Why on earth ANYONE would buy from such a reprehensible, disgraceful company after seeing the many bad things written about them is beyond me!

Been Conned By Tacklepets Too
I had ordered successfully from this company about 3/4 times in the past, but I am still waiting for my 9th December order of bird seed balls. I have emailed several times, and tried to telephone too, but getting no response at all. Looks like I have been conned by a company which must have gone out of business. Off to look into credit card situation. I wanted to give NO stars, but system won't allow, so have had no option but to give one star.

Tacklepets Warning - Took Money - No Goods.
I retain Tacklepets e-mail stating 'goods despatched'
However - no receipt - and - no goods.
My Credit Card was debited by Walker Housewares 30-11-2011.
Tacklepets fail to respond to e-mails.
Also don't answer telephone - 015 4357 1755.
I conclude I am a victim of Internet Fraud actuating Theft.
Yet Tacklepets trade via 'e-bay' too ?!

I have had the same problem regarding an order I placed on 9th December, 2011 and have emailed several times, and tried to telephone too. Mine was around £26.00 so am off to check up on credit card situation. I had previously ordered from tacklepets without a problem on about 3/4 occasions.

No Goods, No Replies To Emails And No Way Of Contacting
AVOID - No goods, no replies to email and no way of contacting by telephone. Debited my bank as Walker Housewares and heard nothing since. Other reviews suggest that they may not even actually exist. Avoid at all costs.
Happened to me too - 30th Nov 2011.
They took my money - no receipt - no goods.
Also no response to e-mails or phone.
