i was worried about ordering from a website that i'd never heard of, and spending £60, but shouldnt have worried.

ordered on the tuesday afternoon, cage arrived thursday.

helpful emails of order confirmation and of the cage being dispatched, also a bargain price, and free delivery,

my only gripe was that it wasnt packaged very well, but arrived undamaged

i would definatly buy from them again.

Ordered Tuesday delivered on Thursday very pleased with what I purchased would definately use this site again and have recommended it to others, website easy to use no problems at all.

Placed 2 orders which were dealt with very quickly and despatched the next day, however when 1 package was received 1 item was missing. Called the customer service number and Karen answered the call. Complaint was dealt with immediately and the missing item was despatched the next day and received the following. Would recommend on quality and price and having to make a call to customer services, the way this was also handled was faultless.

A nice, colourful website without all the jargon! The site was simple to use and search, and the categories meant I only looked at products I was interested in and not something else it wanted me to buy!

The item I purchased was well packed, and delivered the very next day. The shipping was free - always a bonus - so the it really was what you see is what you get on the price. I will definitely use this site again, and would be happy to recommend it to a friend.
