Do not use this website. I placed an order a month ago and still haven't received my goods. I rang two weeks ago to chase the order and was told it was about to be dispatched. 11 days ago I was told the order had been dispatched but I still haven't received it. I have had no response to emails and only managed to get through on the phone once. This is a very unprofessional company who I will not be using again.

Terrible company - If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered 3 bags of cat litter 4 weeks ago. Payment was taken immediately, but I have still not received the items. I've had the same problems as other reviewers with attempts to contact via email and phone.

I will be contacting trading standards concerning this company.

i HAVE ORDERED A LARGE FISH TANK AND SAND, AND THE ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK,ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE IN MY ACCOUNT THAT EVENING 13TH APRIL 2010,STILL NO REFUND,HAVE CANCELLED MY CARD SO NO MORE MONEY CAN BE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT AND I AM £82.51 WORSE OFF AND MY HUBBY IS NOT IMPRESSED WITH ME AT ALL AND MY SON DOESNT GET HIS PRESENT,IF I HAVE NO COMMUNICATION FROM THIS GUY IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS I AM CONTACTING THE POLICE AND TRADING STANDARDS

I cannot rate them low enough - I order a simple Marine tank Flo-director, and since then they have no even had the courtesy or customer focus to reply - they have my money, they have no intention of sending my goods, they don't reply to emails, they don't reply to their own website enquiry form, they dont answer the phones

trust me - look elsewhere for online pet stores, this is definately not worth the trouble and strife, the sooner they go bust the better

My experience has been terrible. I bought 4 finch nests on this site and it took 3 weeks, many unaswered emails and phone calls, for me to receive a box with only 3 in them, of which one was broken.

I am not calling them on daily basis to try and get the fourth one. My impression is that this business is run by only one person.

I now wish I had paid with my credit card instead of my debit card so I could get Barclaycard involved.

Do not buy from this website. I ordered two items, one arrived badly damaged and the other never arrived. E-mails and phone calls go unanswered.

There is no customer service department and it appears to be run by one man. On one occasion I tried to ring him twice and he actually returned my call, I think he must have thought I was not a customer. He was extremely obnoxious, agressive, patronising and rude. He accused me of lying and stated that people say they haven't received items, all the time.

I have emailed photos of the damaged items, stated my legal rights and have received no response.

I have ordered off the internet for years and have never had any problems. I am disgusted by the way he has treated me and doesn't deserve to be in business.

Please avoid this website and www.furniture247.co.uk which is run by the same person
