They Take Your Money And Do Not Deliver Any Goods
Do not use this company. They are bad and take your money and do not deliver the goods that you paid up front for.
I would not recommend Petsgard to any one that wants service from a reputable company.
Use someone else, otherwise they will take your money as well, When you send them an email they do not respond.
Be warned they will take your money.
There is nothing positive about this company.

I placed an order on 1st January 2015. Still haven't received it (11/02). No responses to emails and calls go to a messagebank. I had the same thing happen last year, but assumed then that it was a legitimate mistake. Goods eventually arrived that time after they claimed they were lost in the mail and would re-send. They are just ripping people off. This business needs to be shut down. I'm about to go to Office of Fair Trading.
Non Order Receivable
I have used petsgard for 2 years. My last two orders have taken over a month to receive. Up to 1 month ago they were contactable by phone but is now disconnected. My latest order after a month is still not received and they won't repy to emails. BEWARE don't use this site? I had to give a star for this review to be accepted.
This is true I am waiting for two orders - first ordered before Xmas and the other one early January - now 5th March, 3 emails and two phone calls where I left messages on their answering machine. NO contact whatsover by them.
