Broken Product, Seeking Refund
Willing to give it one extra star because having seen other people's reviews, this seems like an isolated incident. I ordered a large fish bowl, and even paid for next day delivery.
It arrived in so much packaging that it had two giant cracks on either side, rendering it completely unusable.
Currently seeking either a replacement or refund; will change my rating if a replacement is sent out.
Can't criticize service or efficiency; even though it arrived broken, it did arrive when I was told it would. Give them a biscuit.

No Scratch, Does What It Says On The Tin!
I was looking for a spray to use on a leather chair that my cat had taken to scratch and this product ticks the box. I used on a small area at the back to check it didn't ruin the leather and its fine. So far, the cat hasn't scratched it, she is reluctant to sit on it. Would definetely recommend the product if you;re looking for something to protect your furniture. There was a slight delay in despatching my item due to the bank holiday weekend. When I queried it with the team they responded immediately and were very apologetic. The spray needs to be applied weekly so will replensih my stock from pets pantry.

Having placed the order a week ago I have just received an email to say the order has been shipped!! I have been charged £6.99 for delivery and yet its taken a week too despatch - lets hope delivery is quicker and quality makes up for the delay, especially when at no point in the order process was I informed that despatch would take a week.
This was an emergency order to feed puppies - they could have starved to death if i had have waited, instead i went and bought alternative supplies which means I have now paid double.

Your order was downloaded on Friday, the morning after you had placed it.
Due to the weekend, we were unable to book the delivery on Fed Ex until Monday and it was collected by them on Tuesday afternoon.
The turn around is 2/3 working days.
If we had been informed that your purchase was urgent, we would have treated it accordingly and used a faster courier service.

As This Was My First On Line Shop I Didnt Quite Kn
As this was my first on line shop I didnt quite know what to expect. I ordered a parrot feeder/drinker,after a week I had an email saying sorry for the delay and it arrived three days later.I wasnt even aware there was a delay!

The Worst Online Shopping Experience Ive Ever Had
I feel like Pets Pantry have robbed me of my money.
I bought a dog flap online. It wasn't what I thought it would be. It cost me €10 to return it in the post and they refunded me €18 LESS than I had originally paid to cover 'administration charges".
In total, I have spent €28 to own ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
This has to be the worst online returns policy I've ever come across.
I would never, ever recommend this site to anyone.
ah yes but let's not forget the postage charge that you refused to cover as well.
There's also your absolute atrocious customer service policy. I'm referring to the manner in which one of your employees responded to my review on facebook - which was identical to my review posted above.
It appears that you've deleted your facebook page as a result of how appalled people were by your reply and your service in general.
Don't worry though, I've saved the screen shot images to my phone. I can repost them if you need reminding.
The actual administration charge was just over £4.40 on an order value of nearly fifty pounds.
This is to cover the charges made by the credit card company on both the purchase and the refund.
This order was sent overseas and the shipping costs were not refunded as the product was ordered in error by the customer.

I had the misfortune recently of dealing with this company.
You might be lucky, and your order arrives undamaged.
But if like me your order arrives damaged, and has to be returned, then friendly and courteous service is not something you will find in abundance.
Oh, and be prepared to be out of pocket, because after having to return their faulty goods, they refused to reimburse me with the return postage and packaging charged.
Their excuse being that I had returned the packaging in an unfit state to be resold, so, does that then mean that they try to re-sell returned damaged goods to other unsuspecting customers.
So be aware, shop elsewhere!!!!!

Beautiful Dog Lead But Delivery Took Ages
Ordered a round leather dog lead I had tried to find for some time. The lead is beautiful, dog and I are very pleased but the delivery took ages. As I didn't receive any update/feedback from Pets Pantry I thought it had gone lost - it eventually arrived a couple of weeks late.
