Ordered goods on 21 May. After I reported non-receipt on 8 and 12th of July, Pet Points offered the choice of a refund or wait until item comes into stock again. I chose a refund. I am still waiting ..... waiting ..... waiting and cannot get replies to emails or phone calls.

Don't touch these people with a barge pole - they take your money and run.

Ordered stuff a month ago, currently in dispute trying to get money back as they just didn't send the stuff. Can't get hold of them via eamil or phone!!!!!!!!

Why do so many online shops offer things and then fail to deliver?

This crowd so far have come true to their promises and all items have arrived on time.

pet points stocked what i wanted and are alot cheaper than i had seen on other sites.

the item took a little longer than they quoted but i was informed of the delay and their staff were a pleasure to deal with.

I bought from pet points a couple of weeks ago and the goods turned up as promised. We also asked for additional items to be included which unfortunately they did not have but these did arrive when they said they would.

Diabolical sham - no customer service whatsoever. Fax machine rather than phone. Goods not received nor refund after 3 weeks - have to go through the legal rigmarole now of trying to get my money back - I'd rather have had it stolen by a pickpocket than a website - am hopping mad !

ive been ordering online for a number of years and have never had as bad an experience as with pet points , ordered may , didnt hear anything for 2 weeks then when i got in touch the item was out of stock , i cancelled the order they said id get my money back in 3 to 5 days , 2 weeks and im still waiting , be warned this company is either in financial trouble or just poor company , i suspect both
