Worst experience EVER!!! Ordered a treat basket for a friends dog paid $70.00 it was never received by the family!, I write the emails to the company and they sent me the tracking info which is fine but the basket was never received. They stopped all contact after I told them the basket never arrived! Can't find any hone numbers to speak to a human!! This company sucks,, domNIT waste your money here!!!

I wish, I would have seen the previous reviews on here, BEFORE I ordered from them. I ordered a coat for my little dog, and have been trying to get in touch with them for several days now, to no avail. The phone is not answered, the don't even bother to acknowledge an email, send an order confirmation, or respond to an email. I called multiple times, and send them an email every day - no response! I just called my bank, to cancel the payment for my order! Horrible place, do not order anything! This place does NOT deserve the one star, I have to give it.

Big mistake ordering from them. Wanted to return and item and needed a RMA# (Never needed a number to return items with other companies). Called organic pet boutique 4 times, left messages. Never received a return call. Emailed four times and never received an answer. Extremely unprofessional. I'll stick with Amazon, they treat their customers with respect.

Just got a new puppy and was introduced to Organic Pet Boutique by a friend. What I like about Organic Pet Boutiique is that they only select safe natural and organic pet products. My order was shipped out right a way and customer service was helpful in answering all my questions regarding what was best for my new pup. What a lot if people don't realize is that the big pet companies sell products with dangerous toxins and harmful ingredients that's not the case here. Will be a customer for life!

On 12/5/13, I ordered some organic Jones Curly Q bully sticks and received ANOTHER brand instead. The ones they sent I have bought before...they are thick and stinky while Jones sticks are thin and scent free (to me). I will never purchase anything from them again and do not recommend buying from them. Substituting products and saying that they are another product is illegal and calls their company into question.

I have emailed the company twice about an order that still hasn't shipped. When you call their phone number, you can only speak to a representative if you want to place an order, but not about an order already placed. No response from the company via email, no order shipped yet, but it is still processing. My credit card was charged a week ago. This is poor service. Tempted to have my bank challenge the charge.

I had problem with harness firy puppy. I had to returned twice & was allowed to returned items without any hassle. Service was fantastic & so was the product. Shana from Customwr Service was wonderful. Overall I'm very happy & will definitely recommend organic pet boutique to all my 4 legged friends mom/dad. I will use this company again for future purchases
