Thank You For The Heads Up!

I am so pleased that I read this before ordering more cat litter. I have had no problem last year, however, my last order of £56 for 5 x Large Cat litter was in September 2012. AND I RECEIVED IT.

However, sadly it looks like I will not be ordering any more.

Sorry for all your losses, but THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME KNOW.

I have been trying since last September to get a reply from this so called company, at great cost , never yet managed to speak to anything other than a MACHINE. I bought 5 items 4 are faulty, not suitable for thier p urpose...WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE. Judging from other comments nowhere..Miss a. CREWE

Fraudsters Do Not Use

I agree with all the other reviews. This is a bogus company just out to fleece people.I ordered on 30th Nov 2012 and am unable to contact them and have not received the goods although money has been taken

I have been waiting for this order since the 13th November. I emailed three times and their responses were they were awaiting items to be in stock.

Today is the 20th December i now cannot get hold of them either by email or telephone as they do not seem to exist.

Cancelled Order

I placed an order only to find that they were going to charge extra for weight. They took my money straight away. I cancelled the order because of the extra on 6 Dec. I have sent emails and called every day. There is no communication from them whatsoever I am getting upset about it as I need the money for my Christmas. I don't live far away from them so the only other option is to go there personally. I WILL NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont Use

I orderered a product from one click pets at the end of October 2012 which was in stock and the money was taken. Nothing arrived. They say its out of stock and will follow. Its now jan 7th 2013. I dont hold any great hopes. Bang goes my 16.00

Appalling Customer Service

At the beginning of november I ordered a coat for my dog. When it arrived it waas too small. I contacted one click pets and returned the coat asking for one 2" larger. I was assured this would be sent. After 2-3 weeksd I still had not received the coat. I wass told it was out of sto0ck but would be with me within a matter of days. Beginning of Jan and STILL NO COAT. Unable to contact One click pets by phone or e mail. I have complained to Amazon - still npothing. Next stop Office of fair trading and will NEVER order anything from them again.Anna Chataway

Don't Use This Company

I ordered a bird cage from them on 1 December. Money taken immediately from credit card. Item show as ready for dispatch but not picked when I looked into my account!!

Chased them by e-mail 19 December but no reply looked on line today 21 December and the web site has been removed!!! I think I have lost my money

Once Click Group

Having not received my goods paid for and ordered in October, after several emails giving me no info I finally called on the business in person as we live locally. All shut up and was told by a neighbouring tradesmen that they had sacked all their staff the previous Friday (7th December) and the business ran 15 different companies from the same site. So I suppose there will be many disappointed customers.
