Worst experience ever. Rude client support and the person I dealt with is a master of hipocrisy. Never I've seen seller of such low moral values, that would go over the top for a lame extra quid.

bought a double guinea pig cage when it came there was a side missing, which i contacted the shop and fair enough they did send a replacement straight away, however the ladder does not stay in place so my guinea pigs get stuck i have emailed them and no one gets back to me i have rang but never get an answer for £120 i feel it is poor
