I paid by PayPal who whilst undergoung their security procedures picked my account to review. As a consequence payment was delayed. I received an e mail from Ed advising me of the delay and enquiring as to whether I still wanted purchase to go thru. OnceI sorted things out with PayPal I informed Ed I still wanted products. To my delight the products arrived the next day! I can only say I was extremely pleased and surprised by,

We were so unhappy that one of our cat bowls broke when we moved from London back to Germany. After an email request the very kind service team even send us the missing cat bowl to Germany althoug they usually do not offer international shipping. Most kind! Best price and quality anyway.

The Frolicat is outstanding - they hear me turn it on and come running to play from wherever they are in the house, even when alseep! It's almost as good at getting their attention as a packet of Whiskers!

I purchased a leather dog collar from My Pet Superstore recently, and it arrived 2 days after I placed the order. Packaging was good, and product was exactly as described on their site. The website isn't as impressive looking as some other pet stores I've used, but it did the job and is easy to use. I did have one query about the size of the collar, and they replied to my email very quickly so no complaints there. Will definitely be using them again, and would recommend to others.

I decided to use My Pet Superstore after being let down by a couple of the other online pet shops, and was really pleased with them! I was after a cat toy that only a couple of other shops in the UK sold, and they were the cheapest that I could find online, and were also very quick to respond to a query I had via email. The toy arrived within a couple of days and was well packaged so will definitely use them again!

A really excellent website, easy to navigate and full of good quality products. Exceptional customer service when I mis-matched the delivery address with my home post code and the toy arrived very quickly.Our family lurcher loves it and so far hasn't managed to destroy it, which is a first!
