This place is dishonest. I had a horrible experience, and when I tried to cancel my order they gave me such a hard time. I am worried because they still have my credit card information!

Ordered Frontline 6 days ago and haven't heard from company or received email.

Ordered tablets for my cat over a week ago as you quoted 2-3 days delivery and My vet was having trouble get the tablets for me, I am still waiting and now need to contact other vets to see if I can get an emergency supply. My cat cannot function without these tablets.......really frustrated and very angry.

I ordered some tablets from them and found out later they didn't even have them in stock when they e-mailed me a few days later. So i decided to cancel my order as they still hadn't got them in stock a week later. Even as i write this they have not replied to my e-mails or cancelled my order. I am very disappointed with my experience with them and would advise ordering from somewhere else.

I must say how pleased I am to have found My Pet Care Supplies.

Having checked some of the competition - I placed my order on Friday night, seriously not expecting to see my items until the end of the following week but I am pleased to say it arrived, complete and in-tact, on Tuesday morning. My cat and I are delighted. Thank you for the first class service.

I've been using My Pet Care Supplies for 5 months or so now, and they've consistently been very good, both with their pricing (although there's been a recent price increase) and their fast, efficient and free delivery service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I discovered this site by chance and I am so pleased to have stumbled across it. I wanted to purchase a DAP plug in for my dog (in the hope it would calm him down). I was shocked to discover that my local pet store (a large chain) had them in stock for £37. Lovely mypetcaresupplies.com charged £21 + free delivery now that is a bargain.

I checked the site out again and decided to order some cat & dog wormers and also flea treatments and was very pleasantly surprised that the order came to £35. I am so very pleased with this company that I cannot praise them enough.

Their products are fantastic and so very well priced. Their staff are out of this world and it’s as if they have taken all the nice people and employed them. It would be so lovely if all shop staff were as nice as these guys.

So pleased to have found this website! My pup is on science plan food and from pets at home a 7.5kg bag costs £33, on this website it is only £9.90!! Massive saving and even adding on delivery and vat its still half the price of buying from pets at home!

Beyond the call of duty service!!

When my dog was diagnosed with allergies and specified a prescription diet I have to admit I was concerned about the cost of her new diet. These diets ae normally only bought from vet's and we all know what their costs can be like!

Fortunately I soon came across websites selling prescribed diets on line. It didn't take long to see the price difference between my pet care supplies and other websites. I'm a complete bargain hunter and so I have to be certain I've found myself the best prices - which I know I did.

If that wasn't enough - I realsied I'd mistakenly ordered the wrong food, I phoned my pet care supplies and they couldn't be more helpful, sending a courier to collect my order from a different work address and getting the new on out ASAP. I found staff so acomodating and friendly, even going beyond the call of duty to take time to offer proffessional useful help and advise with my dog's condition.

Needless to say, I have been recommending My pet supplies to everyone I know!
