DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered a dog coat months and months ago. Coat never arrived and when I tried to chase by phone I could not get through. I eventually got an email response saying that a new coat would be dispatched but nothing ever arrived. When I emailed demanding a refund I got no further response. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Two dog beds ordered in Feb 2013, it's August and nothing has been heard from them since. No replies to any emails. Luckily the goods were paid for with an M&S Credit Card and they have been excellent in giving me a total refund. Avoid this firm at all costs. How do the credit card companies allow this outfit to continue trading????

In January 2013 I placed an order for bird feeders as soon as they recieved the payment I recieved an e-mail saying out of stock money refunded,four months later and numerous unanswered e-mails no refund.I now have my money back but only thanks to Mastercard "Chargeback" service.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I am going to echo what others have said here! Please do not use them and give them your money. We received faulty goods, which, on their agreement we returned for a refund. Despite several emails to them since, phone calls (waste of time as nobody ever answers) nearly two months on and there has been no word from them or refund. We are now around £40 out of pocket.

I am just in the process of going through Citizens Advice / Trading Standards to get our money back and try to stop them doing this to anyone else. Please, if you've been conned, try and do the same! We shouldn't let them get away with it!

Places an order 27/02/13 its now 06/04/13 the last day they had to legally get to me. Write emails recorded letters which I know they received, phone calls. No answers now I'm wondering how to get money back. This seller needs closing down!

Ordered goods and paid for them. Part of the order arrived and since then heard nothing. Have emailed 3 times and despite saying they would be back in contact in 48 hours haven't heard a thing. No remainder of order and no refund. Can't get hold of them other than through email, phone number via Facebook site only goes to a recorded message.

This company takes your money and then does not deliver the goods or refund you. Avoid at all costs!!!

No customer service at all product ordered and paid for did not receive after 7 days try to contact them by phone straight to voicemail. Emailed got response to say inveatigating 7 days later still no response !! Even after a further 2 emails . Waiting on reply for refund. I wait with bated breath avoid like the plague!!!! never had such bad service !!!

I ordered a product from this company on 28th December. I knew I would have to wait until the Xmas period was over but when it came to 8 January I wrote and asked them what had happened to my delivery. They did reply and said they were looking into it. It is now 14th January and I've written twice more and not heard anything. Have tried ringing but no answer. My last email told them to cancel the order and refund my money. Not heard anything yet. Since then I've ordered my product from someone else and surprise surprise I received it within 2 days.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have no customer service reps to speak of nor does the phone number on thier website work. They haven't dispatched my item after 3 weeks but were keen enough to take my money. I have already reported them to the bank and awaiting the outcome. Do not use this company. Petsupermarket is good!
