Agree with previous review, home2roost take your money and don't deliver the goods. Our order was acknowledged and payment taken but the goods were never dispatched. Emails and telephone calls for an update on the order have never been answered. We paid through paypal but were unable to claim our money back as we used a credit card and the amount was under £100. Don't throw your time and money away to the people running this site, there are plenty of decent on-line pet suppliers elsewhere.

Your order will not be dispatched or acknowledeged leaving you to claim your money back from paypal. Your emails and calls will not be answered save you time and money and go elsewhere.

NIce and easy to navigate site that tells you early on about post costs. Prices are very reasonable and delivery was within 2 working days even with second class!! The product is excellent quality, really pleased. Good all round service!

I have just used home2roost for the first time and I have been telling friends about it and thought I would share on here. I am of a generation that was not brought up with computers and although use the internet, I am not a dab hand at surfing. This site home2roost was suggested to me by a friend who knows the site owners. I have to say it was one of the most easiest sites to find what I was looking for. It is clear with pictures of the relevant animals and products and I was able to find the collars and leads for my dog in no time.

As for the purchase, the price was reasonable with varying delivery options. My leads and collars arrived quickly and I received emails to say that it was on its way.

I will be using these people again.
