I have placed many orders with this company and never had a problem, i have 2 snakes, 6 hens, 2 dogs and a spider. who are happy and healthy thanks due to HPS..i understand they have been relocating so this may be due to the problems experienced by others, i have and will in the future recomend HPS to anyone...they were also very helpful at times of desperation due to emergency help advice..i was put at ease and the patient put back to health..highly recomended..

No Faith In Holistic Pet Supplies!
I used this company because their web site looks very professional. Written 4 emails and as many phone calls, no reply as yet. Very quick to take payment though! I've asked for a full refund, next step Trading Standards. If I were asked if I trusted HPS I would have to say no.

No sign of parcel. Would not respond to emails or phone calls until I threatened to write this review. Apologised and said they would send out new order on 20th.

My experience too, no reply to phone calls or emails. I would advise anyone thinking of using this company to avoid.
