absolutely HOPELESS! I ordered goods a month ago. They have not arrived. You cannot get hold of anyone on the phone. 'Friendly family run company'...don't make me laugh, I think they're all down the pub because there doesn't seem to be anyone on the premises. Also computer illiterate presumably as they don't answer emails regarding the whereabouts of my goods either. I had one feeble response after numerous requests saying that the order would be resent and they'd had trouble because of the snow. Well boo hoo didn't we all and no the order hasn't been resent as it still hasn't arrived! I am furious with this company. Do not waste your hard earned cash on these cowboys as you are liable to lose it.

I am going to contact my bank and try to get my money back. What a hassle.

cannot answer phones and do not bother replying to emails. they are the worst shop i have ever come accross and do not seem at all bothered by my complaints. I am no further on to getting my order yet there own site says beware of sites where you cannot make contact. every one should contact them prior to ordering and only order if they bother to answer they would be out of business within a month.

I put in quite a large order of goodies for my pet rats from the Equine Canine Feline website. The delivery arrived promptly and the products are great. I looked on several websites and, overall, the prices on E C F were much better than elsewhere. Loving the leopard print hammock, tube etc set.Some of their products are also available through their ebay shop.

Equine & Canine Supplies are brilliant. Very kind and patient. Really knowledgable and will do anything for you.

This shop has a vey small local feel to it, even though it is national!

The prices are so low, I could not beat the price anywhere, not even Robinsons for my horses equilibrium boots!
