I am delighted with the level of customer care. They were very concerned that my order was correct and that the Thunder jacket was the appropriate size. We exchanged several emails and a suitable jacket was despatched. I live in France so it was important that we got this right (posting back would have been quite expensive. I was so impressed I immediately bought another one. I have already recommended this company to friends here and back in the UK. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service and I will use them again. My dog is much calmer now too!
