Don't ever try and get hold of their Customer Support people as you won't get a reply. I had an issue with my order for some Advocate which was placed 5 months ago and I have emailed them on a weekly basis since but had not been able to get a response. If you don't get a problem then maybe they are OK but if you need to get hold of them for any reason then forget it! Don't use them ..... it's not worth the risk!

Well, I have been ordering from this company for 6 years, with no problems at all, even with delivery to Spain. I use a UK debit card and they charge 2.99 for delivery. Even once when I mistakenly ordered the wrong product, I returned it and they sent the correct product without charging more. The emails stopped a few months ago so I looked at the website and was horrified by what I read. But both my cats are healthy and have no fleas or ear mites. Now today I have received a new email offering 12% discount, but am wondering whether I should use it. I normally buy every 6 months, so am due to buy in March. I'd be glad of anybody's opinions please.

Used before! So already a customer reordered 3wks ago still no del.so emailed to find out where it was,there reply was we haven't sent it yet because they want our name confirmed! Didn't email us to ask for this! So I emailed back asking what on earth is going on! And if they were not going to send special del because my dog really needs her mess now refund us so they did just that no apologie! So for the sake of paying for the delivery they decided to lose a customer! Joke! So now my dog is still waiting for her meds! Not cool discount pet care!!! Wouldn't mind if we were not already a customer and they had emailed to ask us to verify our name,but didn't hesitate to take the money straight away from our account before getting confirmation !

Ordered Advocate and goods arrived within the week. Haven't used them yet so as long as they do what they should, I'm happy!

I have been purchasing flea treatment advocate, and wormer pro fender for my two cats, both work there has been no problems whatsoever, when I used the flea treatment it had the same smell as the one I used to purchase from the vet at 3 times the cost, why are the vets overcharging for these treatments. There is nothing wrong in ordering from discount pet are the products are genuine, and besides we don't know where the vets purchase their.prOducts from.
