I ordered dog crate which I needed a short notice and it was delivered just 2 days later. I got a call from company prior to this saying only 1 in stock & slightly damaged. They knocked £10 off & gave me some dog treats too, & the 'damage' in the end was so slight it was barely noticeable & didn't affect us or the dog. Even at full price this crate was cheaper than any others I'd seen- brilliant value. Very good customer service. Would buy from them again.

This is a website associated with a pet shop - 'Pet Care'. This is the only reason I bought from it as I could call the shop and ask a question - had I relied on the web-site only I wouldn't have bought from there as the site is very basic, the name raises doubts and the prices really do seem too good to be true. However my doubts were unfounded - the price was fantastic and the service excellent - included a personal email to explain a slight delay on the order - aside from the website I cannot rate them highly enough and thoroughly recommend them.
