I have used this shop four times for my pet needs, and each time they get better and better. They have kept me informed each step of the way and if anything has been out of stock they have called me, to let me know (not many places will do that).

I have recomended them to all of my friends with pets.

I ordered a new cage for my new pet and found a very good value one on the website. I ordered it, to be told on the website delivery would be from 24 to 48 hours, after it didnt turn up I looked on the website on the delivery page and it actually said it would take up to five days, which was very annoying. Then after 5 days of checking the status of the order where it just said preparing product I was given a refund with no apology or reason. I needed the cage urgently for my new pet as it came in a very small cage so I was very excited for it to arrive. Now I have to find an alternative elsewhere and wait for it to be delivered whilst my poor pet is stuck in a small cage.

Very poor customer service and clearly a ill informed website. Do not buy here go elsewhere!

I have recently started getting Prize Choice Frozen Dog food for my two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. C&M Pet Supplies are not far from me anyway, so I normally pop in, but Martin now delivers this to me free when I place an order via the web http://store.candmpets.co.uk

The Price Choice food has turned out to be a great success with the Dogs and it's easy for us. You keep it in the freezer and just take out what you want when you want it. We mix about 50/50 with Rice, Veg and other health table scraps and then put it in the Fridge. The bag of frozen meat tends to last just short of 2 weeks which is great value for money.

They have different flavors available but our dogs seem to enjoy the chicken and tripe the most.
