Having bought Rats that i know have come from a well looked after and loved family tree is paramount. The care and attention Berrywoods gives to all it's pets is obvious. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful and have happily talked about pet care and swapped stories etc on my visits.

It is well worth the drive from East London to know that my pets are coming from like minded pet lovers.

I bought 3 pet rats from Berrywoods and they are amazing, it shows the true dedication to breed these pets for temperament and not just for markings. There markings were an added bonus. You can tell they were loved and handled everyday. They are confident and amazing. Not like any other rats i have ever owned! I will be going to them again in the future and would 100% recommend them to a friend

I would never, NEVER buy a live animal from a petshop. UNTIL NOW! Berrywoods source and breed their own animals, and know exactly where they have come from. Though health and temperament are a priority, the selection of small animals includes some with very unusual colours and markings. The "ethical pet store" ethos is borne out through this. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful; if it's not on the shelves it can be obtained and delivered pronto. (parking at rear, don't let that main road put you off!)We need to support these new businesses, especially in the current economic climate. Animal lovers, pop in for a browse and see for yourselves; you will definately return.

We have many pets and the service we receive at Berrywoods is fantastic.

I only have to ask if they can find me something more specific and they will do their best to find it at the best price available. They deliver to our door, always have a smile and when I take in the staffie that I walk, he is spolit rotten with hugs, and plenty of attention.

I would recommend them to anyone who has as many pets as we do.You get value for money and great service.

Having browsed the internet for a good quality cage Berrywoods Pets came up on my google search, their website was clean cut and straight to the point,

I took a liking to their liberta range, and decided on the abode, checkout was easy and 10 minutes after checkout i had a call from them saying that they had already arranged the cage to be deliverd, and that would i be in to recieve it the next day, true to their word the next day the cage was at my door. Ive since orderd a few odds and sods from them and providing you've orderd one of their stocked items its always been there next day. They have leadtimes that change depending on what your buying, and if you time it right as i have, buying one of their non-stocked items only took me a day longer to recieve. I cant fault what ive seen so far and would deffently recomend them, i thought the fact that they have personally always rang me to let me know when to expect the item is real good service and we even had a nice 15 minute chat about my rats that i intend to put in the cage
