Had a problem with a lead I purchased from Benny the Dog, basically they were not interested until I insisted, then they only refunded the cost of the item not the cost of return. They stated the lead was OK and suggested I misused the lead!!!!! The mind boggles as to how one misuses a lead? Left me out of pocket and no lead. I have rated this review with one star only because you have to select a rating otherwise it would be a big minus.

Really pleased with this. It’s proved to be an invaluable training aid for my small dog (far easier than having my arms lengthened) and has instantly made a significant difference to his work in the training class. It is a well-made and well-designed product, surprisingly so for the price. Wish I’d come across it sooner!

Ordered the harness on Friday morning, received email Friday afternoon to say order despatched and received the harness by post on Saturday morning. Fits perfectly and great for helping my old dog out of the car. Would be happy to use the firm again as good prices and fast delivery.

I was after buying a Ruffwear Webmaster Harness for my Border Collie as he is having trouble getting up stairs these days. Quite an expensive item and after looking on the usual all purpose website I use to buy new stuff online I did a goggle search to compare prices online. Cheapest I found was bennythedog.co.uk so I gave them a go. Free shipping over £30 and a 5% discount for liking them on facebook which I used for the £2.50 upgrade of the shipping speed. I placed my order at 1:20 PM on Friday and the harness arrived at my front door on the Isle of Wight via Royal Mail at 11.00 AM next day. Credit where it's due as I am well impressed and will use them again.

I have a 3 legged labrador due to loss from cancer issues. She also had previously had a cruciate ligament operation on her other hind leg, so this is weak as well. We live in a flat (no lift) so she has to climb up and down 2 flights of stairs 4 times a day, which puts strain on her remaining back leg. I bought the harnes, which has a neatly placed handle on the rear, to take the weight of the dog when she is climbing the stairs. The harness comes in several sizes, I got medium, (you measure around the widest section of the rib cage), and is adjustable to fit snugly. The harnes is robust and does not seem to worry her when she has it on, and does not restrict her movement when she runs, although I do take it off at night. Since the purchase she seems much happier in herself, and even waits at the bottom of the stairs until I take hold of the handle. She has improved so much the vet has taken her off the pain killers. Would highly recommend for anyone who has a dog with similar issue.
