Ordered a Roma 125 on Sunday in store in my house on Friday five days cant complain about that. Very good service by all.

Ordered a Roma LED 125L Aquarium and am very happy. It doesn't take a genuis to work out if you buy at a dirt cheap price you are going to have to wait a little (in my case 2 weeks) to have it delivered when they are in your area.The website isn't great as you don't get updated upon despatch, but I guess these systems cost money.

The delivery guy was great, called before hand, unpacked and checked the aquarium in a room of our choice. You can't expect this company to have dozens of people answering the phone, but they answered all emails promptly. My LEDs failed within weeks due to a manufacturing fault and they are dealing with this well too, deciding within half an hour of my package being received that they would replace them.

These days with the focus on cheap products delivered yesterday and once firms have your money you're at the back of their thoughts, it is nice to see a firm that has a good customer service attitude.

ArkPets are quick to respond to all queries, and let me cancel my order with no problem. The refund took a while but it was in my bank when they said it would be.

Personally I prize customer service above all else these days and ArkPets exceeds at it.

fantastic prices on quality products

Bought a tank canopy online on the 13th and received an email on the 15th

'Many apologies but this product has now been discontinued, your order has therefore been cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your card.'

Now the 22nd and no sign of the money in my account.

Think it is disgraceful that sold me something that was out of stock, took my money and still have not refunded my card over 7 days later..

Have used them for several years and were good. Placed an order over a week ago and phoned and emailed with no response. Spoke to a third party today who advised they were moving! This should have no impact on service as not the customers problem! Couldn't even speak to a member of arkpets team.

They all provide items for terrariums and other reptile related products. Their website is clearly laid out with easy to follow drop down menus to help you navigate to whatever product you are looking for.

Regular shoppers earn reward points which they can redeem at a later date. The checkout procedure is straightforward with payment protected by 3D secure. My last order was dispatched promptly and arrived within a couple of days.

The staff in their shops are passionate about their products and keen to give advice when asked for.

Stay away from this place, their communication is non existent. You ring & ring & ring nobody picks the phone up. Staff don't know what is going on, nobody knows anything. Ordered an aquarium, no email confirmation of order, no delivery date. Numerous calls (up to 10 a day to them!) no joy. When you eventually do speak to someone they dont seem to care!
