ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!

Ordered product on 06-24. Product was out of stock, and yet my card was still charged. On 07-08-14 a false/invalid tracking number was supplied. Customer care said they would expedite the order. Still no product! 08-12-14 I requested a refund. After numerous attempts to contact, the company finally replied saying they issued a refund. The refund was DECLINED by their bank. As of 09-05-14, I still have not gotten a refund for the product (~$100!), and the company has stopped responding. Don't order from this company. It'[s worth the $5 extra dollars other sites charge to get your product on time, from a reliable business.

I ordered prescription medications from AllVetMed three times. The first time it took 6 days to ship after it was approved by my vet office. That seemed a bit long given technology today, however, was acceptable. Next order didn't come, didn't come.... I called..... they said they were unable to reach my vet by fax. They didn't call me nor the vet office to solve the problem. Just waiting until I called to check on why it wasn't being shipped. That problem was solved, and, again was shipped 6 says after approved by my vet office. Third order... didn't come, didn't come.. I called, they said was out of stock but would ship next day or two.. they would expidite order. Week later, was not shipped. Called. Told still out of stock, would arrive in a day or two and they would expidite shipment. By now it is 16 days post order date. It has still not shipped. I then checked the BBB rating. It is an F! Many of the complaints involve shipping problems.So, their best is slow. Their worst is.....????

I had ordered with AllVetMed for a few months, and all went well. The medication is for my dog's heart condition, needless to say very important. Then in November I placed an order. When it didn't come I checked the tracking information. It said it was supposed to be delivered a week prior to the then current date. I called AllVetMed and left a message as well as emailed customer service. I never heard back from either. I had to buy medication from somewhere else until it finally arrived. At this point I didn't blame the company except for not returning my inquiries. So I ordered again, and again the medication didn't arrive. And no shipping info. So I emailed, and they said it should be shipped out that week, they had just received it late. I asked if my order could be rushed because I hadn't been informed the order would be so late. No response. I bought a little more from somewhere else, still waiting. It still didn't come. Then my husband called. They said it would now be shipped out that week. He asked about rushed shipping they said no. So he called to cancel the order and get from somewhere else. The manager told him it would be in that day and it would be two-day shipped to us. So we bought a little more from the vet and continued to wait. The next week on the day it was supposed to arrive we received a tracking number saying it had just been shipped and estimated arrival wouldn't be for over another week. I couldn't believe this was happening, nearly 3 weeks to even ship my order?? So I called and was told there was no note about two-day shipping my order, there was nothing they could do. They said sorry, normally they will rush over-due heart medications, however the week before it was 3 phone calls before they agreed to rush it, then DIDN'T do it. I asked for them to overnight me some medication for the next week until my order arrives, they said it's not in stock. Maybe they would give me a credit. They would call back. No call back. I called again, they said they still didn't know what they could do for me and I have to wait. Now I don't know how much I have to buy from the vet (very expensive) and I feel cheated. If there had been any communications/updates on my order being so late the situation could have been solved. It could even be solved if they sent overnight medication to last til my order arrives. Or give me a refund. I have yet to hear back....... Bottom line: Yes the prices are good, but does it matter if the medication never arrives? Or your pet dies before it arrives? And very hard to get a response or compensation from customer service.

Allvetmed is a best shop for purchased medicine. I don't have so much time to go for buy medicine so allvetmed is right place for me.

I have 3 pets so it's quite costly to mange their all need..here I am getting reliable healthcare with affordable price..

My pet doctor suggests me this Online Pet Site…and first time it’s a risk to by medicine online…but I am really happy with their service. This is much better and I actually save money and can help cure my dog’s health. I hope they continue their good service and create more stock on pet medicine. :)
