Order and delivery to overseas was flawless. Connix wireless lights very good, well built works very well and easy to use battery indicator, much needed to know when needs recharge. Unfortunately transmitter unit faulty after only 6 weeks, but this is a rare occurrence by all the reviews. This is where 4Dobbin excelled. I had emailed to advise of faulty unit and asked if I can purchase a replacement or send old unit back. Living outside Bangkok the turn around postal time would be weeks and no lights. My first email back was acknowledgement of problem, and informed me a replacement wireless sender was in its way! This service is unheard of in Asia and most other parts of the world I have stayed. I can’t recommend 4dobbins highly enough for sales, shipping (many other vendors would not ship world wide when I was looking) product price and the after sales service was 5 star. Getting this all right is not just dealing with a sharp employee on the day but a huge team effort from the top down! It’s so easy to complain these days, it should be mention more often when it all goes right. Thank you to all involved.
