Does Not Follow Return Policy Listed On Website

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses, since they indicated they have a 60 day full frame refund and 50% refund on custom lenses. I returned 2 pair and had to pay for shipping to the UK. I had emailed with them a few times before regarding my intention to send 2 pair back, once they receive them they indicate they can only refund me 1 pair. I told them that is unacceptable they then say they will refund me the second pair; however, the refund has been issued for only 50% of the total price for the frames and lenses. They are terrible and don't even follow their own policy, I would recommend to NEVER order from them.

Worst Company Ever

For a start there is no mention on their webstore they are in China, they are. I found this out AFTER ordering.

Then waited a month for delivery of my glasses having chased them constantly for two weeks about delivery (You get very poor, vague customer service replies like 'they are coming wait' (No times or guidance)

Then this morning after waiting a month with no information I get a two line email 'Your parcel is lost in transit and we cannot resend so we will give you a refund' written in really poor Chinese translation. What a complete rubbish service and a waste of my time I would suggest for others pay £20 more and get glasses delivered quickly (If at all) and from a reputable seller as this company most certainly are not AVOID!

Blames Everyone And Everything Except Themselves

Sent me a pair with wrong prescription and scratched lens. Told them that, and they asked for proof. Now if you've ever taken a picture of a scratch on a lens, you'd know how difficult that is. I showed them the proof, they asked me for an "official" prescription. I show them that as well, and then they blame it as "old" even though it's dated 3 days old when they made the pair, and less than 1 month old as of the proof date. Now, they tell me they will refund. This after a full 3 weeks of back and forth. Not professional at all. Don't buy from them!

Still Waiting For Refund For Order That Was Not In Stock

i ordered some glasses from ozeal. Didn't hear anything for about 3 weeks so I emailed them, they said they were out of stock and suggested I order another pair.i didn't see any Alternatives I wanted and therefore asked to cancel as they had no stock, and a refund. They said they would refund in 24 hours. Some time later , no refund. I emailed them and they said their refund system wasn't working and they don't know when it will be fixed! Still no payment refund .

Would I order another pair of glasses from Ozeal? No way

Why were the glasses on the website if no stock?

Why didn't they tell me after I had placed the order and paid?

Why can't they make a simple refund?

Why can't they stop messing me about?

Ok They Do Make Some Mistakes But They Always Put It Right

I have bought a number of glasses from Ozeal over the years and whilst I have had some issues with their site and they have made mistakes, with a little patience they have always put things right. They do represent very good value and I will continue to use them for myself and my family. My one tip is if you are ordering multiple prescriptions, make separate orders. Their rimless specs are as good as high street alternatives and their cleaning cloth is excellent (my mother has taken my last one)

Rip Off

I paid for two pairs of glasses. I never got them. First they said frames were out of stock so I reordered. I never got those either. They kept misspelling my name (four letters), English was terrible. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the low price but I got ripped off. No glasses, no refund, phone number is no longer in service. Save your money shop somewhere else.

Warning: Please Don't Make The Same Mistake As Me !!!!!!!!!!

I ordered some £50 glasses online. 2 months later I still have no glasses. I emailed Ozeal who said the glasses were no longer available (nice of them to tell me!). They offered full refund. Which I accepted. Over a month later I still have no refund. I can not get through on the phone number. I have had various email excuses. Still no money. Still no glasses. Don't make the same as mistake as me. I'm not even sure if this is a real company. Avoid at all cost!!!

Don't Buy From Ozeal

The only reason I gave this company two stars was because I did receive my glasses and they are great quality. But, the company claims it does easy exchanges and returns, for FREE! I ended up disliking how the glasses looked on me and found a pair elsewhere. I was told that I have to send the glasses back before they will "quote" my refund. I was told that I will not receive all my money back because I have a poor prescription. I decided to just pick a new pair and I still have yet to get a response to my email. The emails are very poorly written and don't make sense. I had to pay for the shipping back to ozeal because the man I have been communicating with failed to send me a proper return label. I want my money back but I don't want to lose 50% of what I paid. I will never purchase from them again.

Can't See Why There Are So Many Negative Reviews

I ordered some prescription sun glasses from Ozeal & then decided to read the revies. When I was reading the reviews I started to get very nervous. But I have to say My glasses turned up after 3 weeks and are fantastic. I will without a doubt use Ozeal again. I found their communication was great when I asked about my order several times. I will just say allow 3 weeks for the delivery but when they do arrive I would be shocked if you are disappointed with them. To sum up Ozeal Graet communication, Great cost & Presciption perfect. Thank You :) :) AAAAA*****
