Switch And Bait

They made it sound like it was going to be a reasonable price to replace my sunglass lenses.....based on what I read online and what I was expecting......once they received the glasses which the quote was basically for the price we paid new for the glasses......I was stunned......the back and forth was not polite.....they were nasty......directed me to pay the amount they quoted.....I told them return the glasses and very nice case I sent them......we went back and forth.....exasperating......then they said we will return for 15 dollars and change......I told them to keep the case and frames.....that I was sure they would benefit from them......It would have been better if they had just asked for a picture of the glasses but they work by wanting to have the glasses in hand.....I guess they figure if you go that far with them you will succumb to being fleeced.

My dumb naive mistake to have allowed them to take my very nice frames and case.....they played me well.

I should have read the reviews before doing business with them!

THE WORST - VIRUS-LIKE.

I had the exact same thing happen to me with my Dolce & Gabana prescription sunglasses. Underhanded, overpriced, nasty communications - could it be any worse?? Yes. Years and with no end in sight, hey continue to send the quote over and over telling you to pay, and you get regular texts telling you to ‘kindly check your email and pay”, as if you are late in paying them (even though you told them to keep the frames and delete your contact info). Working with them is like getting a virus in your email and on your phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Never Do Business With This Company. They Advertis

NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company. They advertise a price to fix your glasses and then try and charge you 3x that for the service. Then offer lower rates 2-3x, when I finally tell them I want my glasses back, they charge me $15 for ground shipping! NEVER AGAIN...I WILL POST EVERYWHERE....HORRIBLE SERVICE

Don't Buy Anything!

I would not recommend this company. I ordered a brand new pair of sunglasses and before they sent them out they emailed me to let me know that the glasses are damaged and it's the only pair. They wanted to know if I would like a discount and they will continue to ship them out. I responded right away and said no thank you and asked that they just go ahead and refund me. The next day I get a voicemail saying that they need me to respond to them about wether I want these glasses or not. I called and left a voicemail message since they weren't answering. I again let them know that I do not want the damaged glasses but jus a refund. I again followed up the next day. A female answered. She right away knew who I was which led me to believe this must be a very small company. I hadn't even told her my name yet but just what I was calling about. She kept rudely interrupting in a hostile manner. I got the feeling she was angry that I didn't want the damaged glasses. She kept trying to act like the glasses being damaged shouldn't be a big deal just because the lenses were fine. That's not up to her to decide. I told her that I just don't want them because I was looking for and expecting a brand new pair of glasses. Not a pair with damage. Anyway, I told her that I responded to the email saying to just cancel the order. Then she tells me that I did not because they didn't get an email from me. I asked her to just cancel the order since she was talking to me and she said that she will do that when I respond to the email. Again, she was cutting me off still and talking very rude. I asked for a manager and she said that she is the manager. Then I said well I just want the order cancelled and if I send another email response then what if they still say they didn't get it. She cut me off and said to just send the email and then she hung up on me. I called back and pressed another option on the automated phone line. This time I pressed the option for an operator and she again answered the phone right away. So, I told her that I am just going to call my bank and take care of it myself. She said, sarcastically, that it was fine with her and then sounded like she was going to hang up on me again so I just hung up and called my bank. I would warn anybody not to shop with this business. My opinion of it is that it seems to be a personally owned business that is unprofessional and seems kind of shady and unethical. Who wants to deal with that. Not me. I ordered from opticsfast.com but apparently they go by another name too. My bank said the charge came up under another name. It had the word depot at the end. I wish I could remember the whole other name so that everybody could be fully warned. I just no the bank said it ended in depot. I hope that helps anybody thinking of shopping On opticsfast.com

Don't Use This Company....

I had 2 pair of sunglasses. One needed to be repaired. They did do this but took forever. Second time the pair came back a different frame and lenses were chipped.

Back They go again. 60.00 in shipping cost.

My second pair just arrived AGAIN...twice....wrong precription....Called. The most aggressive person told me it was my problem as they were using the precription I sent.

I asked where the Progressive lense was. She said I didn't tell them to do that. While asking her why she was being so aggressive she hung up.

Now I am stuck with one pair of sunglasses that I can't see out of. And the other pair who knows if I will ever get them back?

Rudest Most Unreliable Experience I've Ever Had!!

I'm scared I won't get my sunglasses back! I have written texts and emails from the customer service department that are so appalling I can't believe they are still in business.

Do not use them! I wish I had read reviews. Lesson learned!!

I didn't receive their e-mail with the cost estimate to repair the frame , so

because I didn't respond , with no warning , the threw the titanium frames away.

Exceptionally Terrible Service!

Optic Fast emailed me when I didn't purchase some sunglasses saying they offer price match. When I emailed them back they matched part of the deal. When I emailed back to enquire regarding the shipping they replied "Anyway you have been annoying all day." Optic Fast I did not initiate the price matching and was perfectly happy to purchase them from the other place. So if you don't want to match an entire offer I suggest you don't offer price matching. From reading other reviews about you on other forums it looks like your bad service saved me from purchasing some bad products!

They Suck

sent my my prada sun glasses to be fixed I paid extra for them to fix all things on my glasses they did fix the one thing I ask but they came back all loose the rest was not fixed and I sent them in with my expensive prada case and its been four month now and they cant seem to find anything just hung up the phone with them and they said to bad there lost basically deal with it I would never send anything here again they are out to make money from your expensive items you send them and resell them rip off

Very Rude And Unprofessional

I sent my glasses off to be repaired waited 4 weeks and received them back unrepaired sent them back at my expense waited another 3 weeks. Sent back wrong again. Requested a refund and they said no to send them back again. I sent them with a $35 case and did not receive my case back. They will not work with me at all and are very rude and unprofessional. I have asked for a owner or manager and they say that I am talking to them but wont give me their name. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Received Back And My Prescription Lenses Were Missing

I was looking for a way to get my glasses repaired. I found a place called opticsfast.com I sent them in and had very little trouble but I got them back today. The arm was fixed but my prescription frames are missing. I got back frames that have reading glass frames in them. I will never use them again. I was charged 137 dollars. The frames were fixed but the big mystery is where are my lenses????? I have very poor vision. These aren't my lenses!!!!
