I ordered a filter assembly for my Xerox 260 machine. Filter should include both particle suction & ozone filtering, but the ozone filter was missing.

Contacting Xentair about this mistake was easy, and I got a very quick response. The missing part was promptly sent (and has arrived properly). I was never asked to provide any proof of my statement or return the original item, only 1 email message sufficed.
