Been using these guys for 5 years with no problems. The Katun is just as good as the really expensive stuff. Service is Easy and quick.

But I would like a note saying if the order is incomplete rather having to guess if it is coming.....

Always friendly and efficient service, the next day and free delivery is a great help to any business. Items are always in stock so that makes them very reliable. There is a full and varied range of products. The staff are very knowledable about the products. Also they give gift vouchers as an incentive to stay with them for your office needs.

I cannot put anything I didnt like as there isnt anything, so I will order off them when I need any products for my printers.

I am in Guernsey and therefore cannot order via the website unless I want to pay VAT - not payable in Guernsey. The person who took my order was great and did explain that the postage would be higher as it would be by courier. I don't recall this happening previously but policies may have changed.Couriers to Guernsey usually arrive within 36/48 hours and some companies get things here in 24 hours (often with no additional charge). Mine has now taken a week! The high cost of postage and loss of any vouchers I could have claimed online, means I may look elsewhere in future.

Came across this company by chance having had previous compatible cartridges spewing toner over the printer.

This was my 3rd order which arrived promptly and hopefully will be as good as the last.

As a one person business outgoings need to be kept to a minimum, so having replaced a defunct printer I found I had a number of replacement toners that I no longer needed. The customer services lady sorted the situation out for me, replacing the 'old' with new quickly and efficiently. I much appreciated the personal touch and their concern helped make a potentially worrying situation all come good.
