Terrible Let Down And Poor Delivery Service
Ordered a pen set on line on Thursday for a works presentation. Paid extra for "next day delivery" and ordered before 11am to ensure this. Item not delivered. Contacted Pen Shop HQ at Gateshead who promised delivery next day, Saturday. Item didn't arrive. Called the courier and they don't deliver at weekend as their branch is closed! Item arrived on Tuesday. Pen Shop blamed courier 100%. Got full refund after I raised the matter with PAYPAL.
Very poor service. Not recommended.
