Customer Service is only really tested when things go wrong and my purchase at Supplies Web certainly went wrong, more than once. It is not good enough to have a responsive and polite lady on the end of the phone - problems need to be resolved quickly.

My girlfriend ordered a large desk and separate pedestal (that attaches underneath) a few weeks before my birthday. The website stated that a 'Trexus' pedestal would fit the Trexus desk ok. During assembly I realised the pedestal was not going to attach to the desk - I assumed something was missing. Emails back and forth to Customer Service, eventually a pack of fittings were sent ,fittings I already had. More emails back and forth. I asked for the instructions of the pedestal to be emailed. Eventually they were - when it became evident the pedestal was incompatible with my desk. I was offered the correct pedestal but I had to pay DOUBLE the amount of the one purchased. Instead, I asked for a refund which I eventually got after a few weeks.

Customer services did not seem to have any product knowledge - whenever I asked a question I always had to wait for 'the suppliers' to come back with an answer which always took days. The couriers (Spicers) were also below-par. They delivered late and collected too early and seem to have a policy of not contacting the end-user directly. They just turn up on the day it suits them. I even had to wait weeks for my refund as the couriers had lost what they had collected!

If you know exactly what you are buying, Supplies Web will deliver and wont rip you off. But don't expect them to have any answers if item A does not match item B. The whole process from purchase to refund took over six weeks - Not recommended.

I had never used Supplies Web before- but would certainly do so again! Excellent, efficient and friendly service- which is getting rare these days! The produsct was authentic, exactly as described, well packaged and worked perfectly. Thanks.

Finding and ordering the paper was easy, the delivery was very good. It was a smooth and easy process. I will definitely use this company again.

I am still waiting for the printer, but everyone is ordering it, very good price and they did what they could to find me the printer I ordered. Friendly service, it's just that I am stressed out about not having a printer at the moment, my old one died... burned!!!!! The smell in the flat is still there, the whole thing just burned... A page got stuck, and damaged the whole printer, never get a clx-200fx unless you want trouble...

I am extremely impressed with the service provided. I asked a question regarding a product via email, which was promptly answered. The product required was sourced very quickly. Ordered 4pm and arrived 10 am next day. Outstanding. Highly recommended

Having used Supplies Web for the first time & a first time of ordering from an internet office supplies Company I was verey pleased with the service, their pricing and speedy delivery. Their web site I found relatively easy to navigate & to placing an order. Although not a high volume user of stationery, I will be using them again in the Future. J B Building Services.

I was very pleasantly surprised to receive next day delivery of the goods I ordered.

The website was easy to use, my only disappointment being that I didn't receive an order confirmation email, which is required for my company credit card reconciliation, but this was subsequently dealt with and addressed very promptly following a phone-call and email request to customer services.
