I ordered a Kobra 260 S2 from http://www.shreddingmachines.co.uk to update from my Roto 100 CC (previously reviewed on this site) as I needed a much more powerful machine. The site had a wizard to help you choose which was brilliant and it gave me this as an option so I ordered it. It arrived within a few days, no damage etc, the only thing was it was incredibly heavy so had to get a friend round to help me move it as the carpet here is too thick to move it around on the wheels. The delivery driver said that he only had to deliver it to the door and wouldn't help (not their fault I guess but was still annoying). The shredder though works great as long as I regularly oil the cutters. If I don't then the machine starts to accept less and less paper. Emptying the machine is a pain also (but fortunately due to the size of the machine only has to be done every couple of months) as it doesn't have a bin, just a wire frame so shredded paper goes on the floor (thank god for Dyson's!!) All in all though I'm pleased and would recommend to a friend.
