I ordered 10 cu ft of packing materials and only received 7 cu ft. And to make matters worse, I paid extra for courier delivery and it still arrived late. While this latter fault was not due to the vendor, it still was part of a sub-standard value. On the other hand this vendor was one of the few who could provide the product. I hope he gets the problems solved.
