Order Did Not Arrive, Avoid
I ordered several items last week, having used the site a year ago and had good service. My markers have not arrived. I have called many times and lost count of the emails I have sent through. My emails just come back and wont get delivered. No response. Not sure if they are even still in business!!!!!
Such a shame!
Shocking Customer Service
I ordered Copic Marker Architecture 12 set, item did not arrive. I called and emailed but got no response.
I ended up doing a charge back, please be aware of this site!
