After being a customer for 3 years and ordering a total of 10 desks I call to order another desk from their site and told "sorry you will have to pay more than what they are being advertised for as we don't have enough margin" really?!?!

After the customer service lady going back and forth off the phone to her Director she tells me she will not sell it for the advertised price. I ask to speak to director and suddenly she is busy. I ask again for them to sell at advertised price they say no. I say if you don't let me speak to your manager I will write a review as business to business I am appalled at being treated like this as a returning customer. She says no their busy. "

I have never had the drive to wrote a review but all I can say is that after 3 years a returning customer to be treated in this way and giving the business an opportunity to resolve which they choose not to I have felt the drive to write one.

I'm sorry I'm a business owner also but do not use these guys.
