Try Answering Your Phones And Emails
I placed my order which entitled me to free delivery. Then I received an email saying the size and weight of what I was ordering meant I would have to pay carriage and how did I want to pay this - via paypal or added to the card I had used. I emailed by return stating add to the card. I received an automated reply saying my email would be actioned asap. The following day I tried again as no response and your website says emails are usually answered within 12 hours (it had now been over 24). Then tried phoning and sending more emails. Over the following two days spent a total of 55 minutes on hold to customer services and finally had an email reply which just repeated I had to pay carriage and another saying one of the emails was blank and couldn't be read (probably one of the ones where I was complaining.....) In the end I went onto paypal and paid the carriage instead and the following day received email confirmation that my goods had now been cleared for despatch. You need more staff to process enquiries quicker. Dreadful service, will never use you again.

The item has been received, propably lost, however after explaining what happened the company responded quickly and they dispatched imeediatly a second itme.

We ordered 10 click frames. On the first attempt 7 were sent intact, 3 broken. It took several attempts to contact the company to ask for replacements. Having chased the replacements 3 times, they eventually arrived after about 1 month. 1 intact and 2 broken. Sent an email requesting a refund. Still awaiting a response!

Very Disappointing Delivery
Unfortunately this company has let themselves and me and there fore my clients down very badly as I am still to date waiting on the full order to be delivered.
If you can help please get involved. It's been two weeks now!
I tried there telephone numbers and unfortunately no one picked up or no answering msg facility.
I hope they sort themselves out as there prices are great and what I have partially received is what it is.

They are amongst the worst people I have dealt with. They lie in their e-mails for starters!
I will never buy anything from them again. You cannot trust people who act in such a fashion at any level.
I too am having major issues, we bought a Sat Nav, they sent wrong one, been waiting a week for them to collect to then send the correct one that we've paid for. I have emailed a complaint demanding someone rings me, but nothing has happened. Cannot get through on the phone numbers they have, they never answer it! Am at the end of my tether..... Would NEVER recommend these people! Shocking abysmyl customer service. How they do any business transactions is beyond me!!!

only 3 stars as my order was dispatch very late - i actualy had to ask whats happen to it when i did not receive it within given dates. Also i did not receive replay to my e-mail. so it definetly could be better!
