I bought an item today in a local stationery shop - a well known chain who are not discounters. It was a shorthand notebook made by Q-Connect Ref. KF31002. It cost me £1.25 which seemed not too bad. When I got home I decided to see if I could find these at a discount price so that I could keep a stock in the drawer. The first ad I came across advertising this very same item was on Office Gopher's website, at £6.73. Worse than that, its RRP was given as £20.19!

I spent £30 on this website, and my order still hasn't arrived two months later despite constantly chasing it up. It was supposed to arrive within 5 working days. When I finally got through to customer services they said that there was an incomplete postcode on the item (I gave the full postcode in my order) Despite this being corrected it still hasn't arrived! They don't answer the phone or respond to emails.

I ordered items on 14th January, items were not received, then I noticed the status of my order showed refund but my account has not been refunded. I have contacted their customer service by email three times, no response. I have rang their phone number many times and no answer. I would not recommend using this website.

Ordered items and made payment, only to realise I had paid with the wrong card - I used my personal debit card instead of company credit card (my fault, I know).

I sent a request to Customer Services straight away, asking them to contact me. I have still not received a response. I have also sent the same request to 'ask the gopher' email address - no response. I have tried phoning and get message that either they don't open until 9.00am (despite it being after 9 when I phoned)and left message to call me back - no response. The rest of the time I have phoned there is a message saying that they are not available to take my call.

The goods are well priced and they were delivered the next morning. The level of custome service, however, is non-existent. It seems that once this company have your money they are not interested. I dread to think if I had received the wrong items or there was some other problem with the order.

I will not be using them again.

Ordered items earlier this week for work. Used my personal debit card in error instead of business credit card (my error,I know :-/ ).I sent a message straight away to customer services asking them to contact me...no response. Also phoned numerous times - answer phone messages ranged from stating that office was not open until 9.00am (I was phoning after 9.00am)and alternatively,that there was nobody available to take my call and to leave a message and somebody would get back to me(yeah,right!). I have left two messages and not received any communication. This company delivers the goods literally but that's where it ends. Once they have your money they are not interested. I dread to think what would happen if I had a fault with the items I had paid for. Will never use this company again and will definately not recommend.

I bought some items from this company some time ago, and ever since I have been bombarded with junk emails from them. I have asked them to stop but they haven't and their emails don't appear to offer an unsubscribe option.

So be warned, deal with this company and you may live to regret it.

I wouldn't bother wasting your time with this Company, placed an order on 1st June for one of my sites, payment taken immediately but goods not delivered until 22nd June under standard delivery, although my site was in the wrong for not informing me the the goods hadn't been delivered, office gopher hadn't even bothered to advise of any delay - poor communication - wouldn't use again.

Purchased this phone in January. My first purchase from Office Gopher and will not be my last. 10% discount off first order and brilliant service with quick delivery. Website is easy to look round with plenty of choice covering all price ranges

The phone itself is great value for money. I still can't believe how cheap it was.Works well and looks fine. Would have like the option of black but maybe that's asking too much at that price!

All in all a good experience.

Ordered various stationery items, including diaries and mailroom equipment. All products ordered were shown as in stock and all arrived promptly the following day. Was kept informed of the progress of my order at every stage, this was reassuring as we needed the products quiet quickly.

Not only did we receive excellent, competitive prices but we also had an additional discount for our first order.
