After placing my order, I received no communication for two weeks. However, when I emailed questioning this, I received a prompt response with an adequate explanation.

When the goods arrived, they were as advertised, however, someone else's paperwork was inside the box, as well as our own.

Overall, the files I ordered were reasonably priced and well packaged, but the communication was poor, the delivery time was unimpressive and sending the wrong paperwork is a very serious error.

I used this company because item I wanted was very reasonable and delivery was free to my postcode. Delivery arrived when they said it would and their communication was good.

HOWEVER! Beware of their Terms and Conditions!! It says a charge of £3 is made if they have to redeliver after 1 failed attempt and a further £9 if you don't collect it from their depot after 2nd attempt. Considering they start delivering at 7am and most offices open at 9, this is totally out of order. And for home deliveries, no good if you go to work cause they're not able to give you any idea of time of delivery. So, for this reason, I don't think I would use this company again.

Initially I was impressed at being updated on my order. However I was told my order had been dispatched on Wednesday, so I arranged someone to be available to receive delivery. Three days later there is no further update and I am still awaiting delivery.

It would be much more useful if some idea of when delivery is due to take place is given.

Ordered some important office items and expected it to arrive within a couple of days and still waiting over a week later. Numerous phone calls and promises to call me back and never did. Very bad communication and unreliable company to deal with. Use with caution.

Ordered plastic Champagne Flutes for a 30th Birthday party. These were perfect, solid and well made. Not cheap plastic.
