This is honestly the WORST service I have ever experienced from beginning to end.

They sell you by offering you cheap prices and once they have your attention it's all downhill from there onward. Please only use this company if you are completely desperate it really is not worth the hassle to save yourself a few pounds. We ordered furniture from this company did not receive the furniture on the date arranged but then only received it two weeks later with NO communication in between. When furniture arrived it was not as specified and we were also given wrong items on almost everything ordered. It took almost a month to deliver all the items ordered and once delivered. This company are so unprofessional all they're interested in is money not giving the customer a good service. They will ignore your calls, email, voicemail and only get back to you when they feel like it and that is not even the worst part. Once they deliver your items they will hound you constantly for payments, making unreasonable business demands and also make threats if you don't do what they ask of you. BE WARNED and STAY CLEAR of this company!!!!

Had terrible sevice from this company. Bought an expensive second hand chair from the Ebay shop officefurniturehub but wrong model and colour sent after waiting a week for delivery. Item has damaged arms and lumber pump but seller not interested in exchanging or fixing. officefurniturehub insisted I paid to a different paypal account which meant Ebay protection was nul and void. Would not reply apart from "I will do that today" for a week as to get over the one week distance selling rules. They are VAT registered but did not provide a VAT receipt until I emailed and emailed for another week.
