A salutory warning to anyone thinking of using this company or any of their multiple links on the website. We have lost almost £200 in chasing our money back from this company who take the order,cash the cheque and never deliver the goods ordered.We have issued a CCJ against them,but are unlikely to get any of our funds back(we are a small group in an area of community deprivation in Wales,who were allocated public funds to start up our group ....part of which was to purchase a storage cupboard for our materials. ) We ordered and paid for the cupboard from these people in March 2012. We never got the cupboard we paid for nor our money back!!!!!

They have multiple web links with slight variations in names,addresses, lowercase,uppercase etc Be Warned ...........by our experiences!!!!!!!!!

Having read the last two reviews, and spent £256 of my pension with this company for a Hideaway Desk, following numerous emails, phone calls, live chat messaging, you name it, I've done it, these crooks have taken my money and not supplied my goods either, I totally agree with previous reviewers. Keep away from this company! And Trading Standards, do something about it!

Whether you come across them as Dynamic Solutions Group or Cheapofficefurniture.co.uk do not use them. They don't deliver, they don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails and THEY DON'T GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.

8 weeks after ordering there was still no desk despite chasing and chasing via the phone and emails. Eventually I cancelled my order and now 4 weeks later they have still not issued a refund. Having to chase for a refund from my credit card company.

I'm so disappointed I literally buy everything online and have NEVER EVER had a problem with any other site, but this site is a pretty shop front window for a company that is clearly in difficulties.

I hope you get to read the reviews on them BEFORE you have ordered - unfortunately for me I didn't.

Am sitting here in tears as this company have stolen my hard earned money. I ordered 2 chairs in April, one arrived quickly from a company called Eliza Tinsley Limited but the other has yet to be delivered. I doubt it ever will. No-one answers the emails, calls or voice mails. I work for a Government department so will be flagging this company up as 'suspect'.

I'm gutted.

I ordered goods with this company 7 weeks ago and have recieved no communication from them despite numerous emails and messages left for them. Now trying to get my money refunded as I have explored every other avenue. Police and trading standards will be notified in due course.

Despite still offering the furniture I ordered for sale on their website (as at 08/03/12), they took my money in December 2011 and never delivered. I had to get my money back via my credit card company because they wouldn't respond to voice messages or emails.

If I could have awarded no stars above, I would have!

Wish I had read reviews before ordering from this shockingly bad company. Dozens of calls and emails - no response. Have initiated legal action.

I ordered a mid range Ergonomic office chair (£111.00) from this company and after a couple of months the gas lift started failing. I contacted them and they said they would deal with it. A few days later a box arrived with a part in it, I can only assume this is part of the gas lift mechanism, I emailed them again advising them a part had arrived but where did the chair go to be fixed and they advised me that the guarentee was for parts only.....So I still have a faulty chair but now I also have a part in a box, with no instructions and I am not very happy at all. I worked for an Office Suppliers for nearly 5 years and under no circumstances would you send a part out to a customer and expect them to fit it themselves! What a cowboy outfit....DO NOT USE

I ordered a computer chair online on 30 December. It had not arrived by 19 January. Then I read these reviews and those on another site and started to worry. I had already sent an email and left 2 phone messages, all with no response. I registered a dispute with Paypal, and, to my surprise had a fairly prompt response from Dynamic. They said the delay was because the manufacturer was out of stock. Don't know why they couldn't have told me that before. A few days later the chair arrived, as ordered. Unfortunately, one of the arms had been damaged in transit. I was reluctant to send it back, having waited so long. I phoned the manufacturer, who said it was Dynamic's responsibility. I then emailed Dynamic, who replied straight away saying they would sort it out. A few days later 2 new arms arrived. I put the chair together and it's fine. As they did eventually sort it out I think they deserve their first ever rating above one. The moral of this tale is that all is not lost if you deal with this company, but it pays to take a firm line.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They will take your money, you will get nothing, then they will ignore your phone calls and emails when you ask for a refund! i am having to get my bank to sort this out and get my money back!
