Products were easy to find, great communication and fast delivery - you can't ask for anything more other than competitive prices - got them too

We were experiencing difficulty with our current IT and office supplier and were waiting weeks for items and items being discontinued after ordering.

But since joining business it online they have made things so much simpler.Just emailed products we use and they created a favourites list so I can now place an order now in a matter of minutes.

They also have a live stock system so always lets me know if they have stock.

They also have reduced our costs by around 10% on our products.

I emailed the company to check if they would be able to deliver a large number of gloves to me within 3 days. Not only did they get back to me within minutes but they also kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. This is the best service I have ever had from an internet company - and I had my goods (which were of good quality) delivered the next day, even though I ordered after 5pm. Would definitely use this company again.

I have to say Businessitonline have been lovely to deal with since I started using them. Everything I have ordered has arrived as requested. The customer service I have experienced from them has been spot on, they reply to emails almost immediately and are friendly and have a sense of humor. As an office manager I speak to a lot of companies and very few get it right like this. While their range of stock might not be exhaustive they have pretty much everything I need to run a normal office and the prices generally compare very well to other more well known stationary companies. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is fed up of wasting their money with other stationary companies.
