Poor Service
I bought 2 boards for a customer of mine and advised them to not send a invoice to my customer as i was making a mark up. They didnt send an invoice out with the boards but my customer was able to ring them directly and got them to send a copy of the invoice to him by saying he was more like a partner to me! I am not been funny but if i bought something from somewhere and then rung the actual manufacturer and requested a copy of the invoice they would laugh in my face! I made a complaint and the only thing that was done was an half hearted apology, followed by 'My Staff havent done anything wrong'.
I never write reviews but feel very strongly about this issue and was angered by the comment of 'My staff have'nt done anything wrong!
Also back to the other review i have just read, one of the boards that was delivered was also Damaged!

1800 X 1200 Enamel Bi-office Whiteboard
I purchased a bi-office 1800x1200 enamel steel whiteboard for £119 - great price but first and second were damaged due to poor packaging and handling and I am waiiting for third replacement. Plus I have still have a damaged one that may or may not be picked up when next one arrives. Replacements where both deliivered a day later than promised with no notification and the need to chase. Company orders direct from manufacturer/distibutor who use courier, so there are a number of links in chain. To summarise: OK product for price let down by poor packaging, handling and unreliable service. Staff pleasant and give the impression of wanting to help. If in no hurry and waiting in for delivery/returns is no problem, eventually you will have a good product.

All boards are dispatched in perfect condition from our manufacturer's warehouse. This is how we are able to offer such terrific value for money, as we don'tr have large costs for storage and warehousing.
Unfortunately though, we cannot legislate for damage caused by couriers.
We acted quickly to ensure that replacements were sent out on each occasion, without quibble, and at our cost.
I dealt with your order personally and whilst it was extremely unlucky for you to receive 2 damaged boards, we feel our customer service does not warrant this review which could be very damaging to a Company such as ours who is trying to offer the very best value and customer service in such a difficult trading climate.

Excellent Customer Service
We needed several fixed and free standing whiteboards for our new offices so I shopped online at Boards Direct because they kept popping up on page 1 of Google when I searched for whiteboards, etc.
I ordered 5 fixed whiteboards, 2 free standing whiteboards and 2 glass whiteboards for our board rooms. I also ordered other office stationery. I got the goods on time and the delivery man was a great help.
I'll be using them again and I suggest that you check them out as well.
Great customer service was also offered when I rang them to ask a few general questions.
