Service was excellent from start to receipt (nearly). Order was delivered by Hermes to another property (52). As I ordered over the telephone I can understand my accent may not have given a clear house number and 52 was on label instead of (32).

The Vic Firth drumsticks I ordered were great, I've play with them for years, they were not damaged in transit as they were well packed.

I liked the FREE delivery option provided by Zing's.

Placed my order as I have in the past. Went several weeks with my order online saying "Pending" I had no reply to my email and no one answered my phone call which went to answer machine despite being during the day on a Friday. I wanted to know if there was a problem with the order and to find out what was holding it up.

The quality of the instruments and delivery is usually good when I order but the lack of contact this time did make me wonder what was happening.

Delivery was next day, timed to an hour slot and all goods arrived very well packed. All the items were of excellent quality (which is always a concern when buying over the internet) and the cultural rhythm kit has surpassed expectation I especially like the ethnic basket that holds the instruments its an inspired piece of merchandise. I am sure all the instruments will hold up very well against the exuberance of our young musicians.

Very good price for these usually expensive strings, the website is well laid out, and the prompt delivery very impressive. Will definitely be revisiting for further purchases, and recommending to family and friends.
