I was given the name of the company from JG Windows Metrocentre.I booked the repairer who then had to cancel due to his local Covid restriction. I told him I'd wait until it lifted (3 weeks). He then scheduled an appointment at 3pm. However, he contacted me at 12 pm stating that he was at the house. I was an hour away and could not meet him at that time. He tried to cancel and I asked why, as he scheduled the time. He then tried to apply guilt (making it my fault and stating complete miss-truths) and a silly story about how I should have been waiting all day. Then I stated that he should honour his visit as he booked the time. He then started to raise his price for the call out and argue. The company is very unprofessional. I do not recommend. His attitude was outrageous.

just another below average retailer who treats customers with indifference....that's why they keep getting less and less of them. Bought a keyboard from them a while ago, all went well. Tried to buy another one about a year later, the experience was completely different. Obviously, there never will be another one.

I exchanged my keyboard for a used organ with WBOC, having had an organ before - I was missing the pedals and the bigger instrument.

The service I received was first class. The first instrument delivered developed a fault and was replaced with another instrument in as new condition within a short space of time. The delivery team were very good and took great care whilst getting the organ into place.

Purchased organ from wboc and was delighted with its condition .Was given a day for delivery and time and it arrived as I had been told it even was ten minutes early.

The delivery men were very friendly and had no trouble getting it to where it was to go.

If I have a reason to purchase another organ I will definitely use wboc again well done .

The only niggle I have is the website is not updated regularly .

I have used Whitley bay home organ centre since I was 30 and I'm now 61. They taught me to play. I reckon I have had 8 or more organs from this shop and been delighted with service, part ex desks and support. Simply wouldn't go anywhere else ...thinking if a Tyros 5 now part exchanging my Tyrios 4
