Bought 2 different tusq xl nuts for my gibson LP. When they arrived they weren't the colour advertised on the Strings Direct site,instead of off white one is brown and one is grey.I decided to try them to see how well they fit. The pql-6010-ag is not thick enough for the slot. And the pq-600-00 is also not thick enough or has enough height for the strings to clear the neck. rang strings direct for replacements and was told because the packagiong had been opened and it had been over a week that they weren't interested because they couldn't sell them to anyone else.Very dissapointing

With living in Northern Ireland I am now tired of the many internet companies that rip off customers for postage and packing.

I am aware that there may be a small surcharge for goods being sent "Across the the Waters" but I am pleased to see that there are some companies that put the customer first by not ripping the @£$* out of posting the goods....Strings Direct is one of these companies. The goods were as ordered, arrived in good time and they are a pleasure to deal with...I will definitely use them again in the future...thanks guys

I am really shocked at how fast these came.

I ordered some classical guitar strings (before 3pm) and they have come very fast.

I have yet to test the quality but they are sealed.

I am very impressed and will most likely buy again in future.

Free next day delivery on orders over £100 and the service has always been speedy and first class.

Any problems have always been rectified really quickly.

I just wanted to say I have purchased from these guys lots of times and they are amongst the best service I have ever experienced online. Only once have they not had an item in stock that i ordered and they personally called to explain and deliver seperate.

Fantastic service. I realised I'd forgotten to pack a set when I went on holiday, ordered a set of D'Addario EXP Pro Arte Classical off the stringsdirect website and they were delivered my friends flat in Athens Greece 3 days later!!!!

Good quality service , on time and good communications. Let me know when an item was out of stock and when it would arrive but also allowed me to alter or cancel order.

Good price, stock effects which are more 'specialist' and more boutique names such as 'Mad Professor', 'Empress' etc...

Also have very high range of stock including strings and strap sizes, gauges and design I've only seen available from US sites. Also offer discounts on bulk of items bought such as strings.
