We had our first visit to red dog today looking for a starter pa but with very little technical knowledge! Immediately we were welcomed by friendly staff and delivered into the hands of the pa expert! His name was David and although he has only been there a week he clearly knew what he was talking about and while advising us he at no point made us feel pressured to buy any particular model he just gave us the facts. He gave us time to try out guitars without hovering around and making us uncomfortable. The he advised me on Mic cables. We had his full attention and at no point felt that he was rushing us or that he wasn't that happy to help regardless of whether we made a purchase or not. The gentleman with the leopard print hair (the manager I think?) was extremely friendly and helpful too, happy to chat and was patient and supportive of his staff too. Both men made our experience exceptional and we went away as very happy customers and we will definitely be customers in the future. (we also went away with a squier telecaster, a klotz mic cable and a SRM450v2 monitor that is perfect for our rehearsal room!) So happy! Highly recommended!

I purchased a Vox AC30C2 from the Red Dog crew and they could not have been more helpful to a Uni student. All I wanted was the Vox AC30 and so after a few pay cheques I decided to pay the shop a visit, first I looked at the Vox AC30VR because it was cheaper, but after a good conversation with one of the employees I learned that it was a mere modelling amp. They knew I wanted that fantastic Vox sound but had limited cash so they gave a me a brilliant student deal on a proper AC30C2 that was not selling due to the red colour. These guys really know their stuff and they stopped me from making a huge mistake, so my band and I owe them that.

I ordered a new microphone from Red Dog Music AFTER 5pm yesterday, and got it first thing this morning. I live in London and the store is in Scotland. For no delivery charge?

This is the third time I bought something from them and every time they make me feel very happy. I won't go anywhere else when I get another piece of equipment.

I spoke with two Red Dog Music staff yesterday whilst finding out about stock and pricing for two B stock SE4 microphones. Having completed the order online, I am delighted that the package arrived less than 24 hours after the order was placed, and that the stereo mic bar that had been discussed on the phone but that I couldn't find on the website had been included in the order with no charge.

I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely return!

I purchased a Roland Street Cube from Red Dog Music. I called them up to order it (I wanted to check the colour) and they pointed out that the one I wanted had actually been on display and therefore reduced the price.

Service and delivery was superb. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a Vintage bass guitar from these guys a couple of weeks ago because it was on google shopping at a really low price. Thought price mught be a mistake but gave it a go anyway! Bass arrived next day and I was kept updated with emails all through the order. Top notch service - highly recommended!
