Despite the company not even having the desired item in stock they took my money and then informed me that they wouldn't have stock for over a month-that they could provide me with b-stock and refund a portion of my money. I simply asked for my money back and despite numerous conversations with the company and putting in a claim i'm being forced to go to my credit card to retrieve my funds. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

The person who i've spoken to both times over the phone informed me that the owner handles all refunds and that they have to action it yet i've had no contact from them and seemingly will have to wait for the credit card to take action against them.

Been wanting to get into DJing for a while but the amount gear baffled me. Chatted to Music Junkie and got a S2 and hooked it up to my laptop and I'm done! Comes with all the software and I already had the tunes - simple but the sound is insane. Well pleased so much fun - next step is producing so I'll be in for some of them KRK speakers and Ableton on payday.

Great staff helped me discover the MPC and I love it! Would recomend Music Junkie to anyone. I'm in the market for speakers next so I'll be in touch soon guys :)

At last we have a 'proper' music shop in the East Midlands. Many have tried all have failed and the current crop who shall remain nameless but they know who they are are forgetting that customer service is and great choice is crucial to have a great music shop. After calling round many shops I finally visited Music Junkie and was very impressed with their knowledge and service. I felt they actually cared and wanted to sell me a guitar without being overly pushy. Very refreshing. I went home did a few price checks and ordered Online and got the same excellent service.
